Dr. Mike Smalley is an international speaker, author, church planter, and ministry leader whose passion is helping people discover the life-changing truth of God’s Word and apply it to everyday life.
His ministry journey began at the age of 14 when he preached his first sermon. At 24, he became a pastor, and by age 30, God called him into full-time ministry. What began as a simple desire to share the Gospel has grown into a lifetime of serving churches, equipping leaders, and reaching people around the world with the hope found in Jesus Christ.
For more than three decades, Dr. Smalley has traveled extensively, speaking in churches, conferences, crusades, leadership events, and outreach gatherings across 33 nations. His messages combine biblical truth, practical wisdom, and authentic encouragement that challenge believers to grow in their faith and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives.
Throughout his ministry, Mike has helped plant 64 churches internationally, including throughout Africa and Central America. He has shared the Gospel with hundreds of thousands of people and continues to work alongside pastors and ministry leaders to strengthen local churches and expand the reach of the Gospel.
As an author, Dr. Smalley has written 10 books covering topics such as faith, leadership, relationships, personal growth, and biblical living. He has also been featured on television programs, online broadcasts, podcasts, and national radio programs, helping reach audiences far beyond the walls of a church building.
While his ministry has taken him around the world, Mike’s heart remains deeply connected to the local church. He is passionate about encouraging pastors, developing leaders, and partnering with churches to help fulfill the vision God has placed before them.

At Mike Smalley Ministries, our faith is rooted in the truth of God's Word and centered on the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We believe the Bible provides the foundation for faith, life, and ministry.
Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. The sixty-six books of the Old and New Testaments were given by the Holy Spirit through human authors and are God’s complete revelation to mankind ( 2 Timothy 3:16; 2 Peter 1:20–21).
Scripture is breathed by God and without error in its original writings. The Bible is our final authority for what we believe, how we live, and how we fulfill God’s purpose for our lives (Psalm 12:6; Psalm 119:160; Proverbs 30:5 ).
God used the personalities and writing styles of the biblical authors, yet the Holy Spirit guided them so that every word recorded is exactly what He intended. The Bible is God’s unchanging truth, fully reliable and sufficient for faith, doctrine, and daily living ( Hebrews 4:12).
